Marvellous and stunning location close enough to 2 subway stations-Located at Exits 6 and 12 of the Kitahama Station, and Yodoyabashi Station, respectively, metro station, and 3 subway lines in a great area.

The breakfast is satisfactory, the location is stunning too close to the train station. The rooms are good with soft beds and smoke detectors. Fantastic stuff members are in assisting from the start👍

I appreciated the room, it was spotless, impeccable. There was a good size. The location couldn't be more marvellous and decent pretty close to the train station.

We were pleasantly surprised by the free toiletries and the complimentary pyjamas provided in our room at Sotetsu Fresa Inn. The bed even had a USB charging point, which was a convenient feature. The location was great, with easy access to the subway and train station. The staff were nice and the area felt safe. I would recommend this hotel for its amenities and convenient location.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Osaka. The location was perfect, situated between two subway stations and equidistant from two local train stations. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, always polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist with any requests and even helped one guest retrieve a lost passport. The rooms were small but comfortable, with thoughtful amenities and brand new facilities on the 2nd floor. The attention to detail was evident, with sleepwear provided and the option for "Eco Cleaning" in the mornings. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

The room was very clean and had great facilities including a kettle, mini fridge, and different pillows. The staff were helpful and provided amenities such as bath salts and hair straighteners.
